Are caps and vials interchangeable?

Yes! Our caps can fit various sizes depending on their diameter. For example, the 40C/40U and 50C/50U have interchangeable caps whereas the 7C/7U and 9C/9U share a cap as well.

When I order multiple items, why do they sometimes come on separate days?

At Thornton Plastics, we try not to split shipments. If we cannot fulfill the order from our main warehouse the remainder may be drop-shipped.

Do you deliver to residential addresses?

Of course! All you need to do is enter your address when completing the order.

What are your business hours?

Monday - Thursday: 9:00AM - 4:00PM
Friday: 9:00AM - 2:00PM

Where can I find tracking information for my order?

Once your order is placed, our customer service team will ensure that you have tracking information once it is readily available for them. You canfind this information on your Sales Receipt sent to your provided email. If you are having issues finding it or need it sent again, please contact sales@thorntonplastics.com and we would be happy to assist you with your inquiry.

How quickly are orders shipped?

Here at Thornton Plastics, we pride ourselves on shipping the same business day as long as orders are submitted before 1PM, Monday through Thursday, and before 12PM Friday.

Are caps included with the vials?

In general, yes. This would depend on the product you are purchasing. If they are a SKU ending in C or U, they come with a cap. If the SKU ends in NOC, this indicates that the product does not come with a cap.

What do these different SKU/Product Codes mean?

There are 3 main determinants in our snap cap codes: C indicating the vials come assembled with the caps on, U indicating the vials and caps come unassembled, and NOC indicating no caps come with the vials.

Are your products recyclable?

Yes! All of our caps are made out of low density polyethylene which is recyclable Number 4. Our polystyrene vials will be recyclable Number 6. Our polypropylene vials will be recyclable Number 5. Inquire with your local authorities to see information about local disposal sites.

Can I pick up my order?

Yes! We always love to meet our valued customers in person and support local businesses. If you would like to pick up an order, make sure this is communicated to us through phone at 801-322-3413 or email at sales@thorntonplastics.com prior to your pick up. Please also note that unless the pickup is on our outside dock, we can only support pick up times during our normal business hours.
