We ordered the plastic vials to facilitate the City of Tempe Lockbox / Vial of Life program. The Vial contains medical and personal information for first responders and paramedics to obtain when they are called to a medical emergency. The easy open plastic vial is labeled and placed on the first shelf of the refrigerator. The vial contains medication, emergency contacts, etc. They are distributed to residents with disabilities and seniors who live alone in the City of Tempe, at no cost to the resident.
